Life before Triathlon = Weight Gain/Loss roller coaster for 20 yrs: Max weight of 230, Min 185. More time spent above 200 than below.
2007:Did a few short races . Weight was 200-206lbs @ 5'10".
2008: Time to get serious! 2 international distance tris on the schedule. A couple sprints. A half marathon. Goal race weight of under 175. Possible? We will soon see.

May 2nd 178.... It's going to be close
June 1st 180... My run training went down to 9 miles after May 3. Tough to adjust the diet to compensate for the change in training. Overuse injury to hip flexor following Brooklyn Half Marathon.
July 6th (I kept forgetting to weigh myself). 179. I can finally run again! Still looking to make 175 the top end of my weight swings. I'm feeling good about making this happen in the next 60 days
