I'm 36 years old. I've been athletic most of my life. I played collegiate level lacrosse and post collegiate lacrosse. I have run a ton of road races and have competed in a several bicycle races and am looking forward to this whole triathlon gig.

I have 2 beautiful little girls, Sofia who is 2 and Madelyn who is 3 months old. My wife is one of the coolest women on the planet, she's hot, athletic and puts up with me, what more could I ask for!
