I grew up as a competitive swimmer (age 6-18) in Ontario, Canada, then stopped and did 5 years of school. I was mostly into basketball during that time. I moved out to Vancouver and noticed that there was a pretty strong Tri community out here, and so I decided to do a couple short ones this year. They went pretty well and I ended up getting 3rd in my AG at Canadian Nationals. I'm using the off season to get in shape for the olympic distance.
