Bontrager Helps Fuel Julie Dibens Third Xterra Title

Waterloo, WI and Maui, HI—Bontrager athlete Julie Dibens became the first athlete in history to win three consecutive Xterra World Championships, racing to victory in Sunday’s 28.5 mile event around the Makena Beach & Golf Resort in Maui, Hawaii. With her win, Julie Dibens also became the fourth member of an exclusive group of three-time Xterra World Championship winners.

Racing offroad on a single speed

Any of you off roaders ever race an Xterra on a single speed mountain bike? I am contemplating running in an offroad Duathlon in October but I only have a single speed mountain bike. The bike leg is only 5.5, miles flanked by two 1.8 mile runs, so I don't think it will be too bad... I'll probably do it, but I am interested to whether any of you have tried it? Jeff

Xterra Richmond, VA is Done!

After a 1000 meter swim, 29k mountain bike and 11k trail run, I crossed the finish line in 2:40:26. It was another great race that started with one of the crazies swim. Due to the rain the river was running fast and deep.
