by Lukasz on November 16th, 2009
I have for sale a brand new never worn MEDIUM Sugoi TI Cycling Jersey. Girlfriend bought it for me at an out of town store, it fits a little bit too tight on me, and im not willing to drive a couple hundred kms to return it. She paid a total of $115 for it so I would like to sell it for atleast $70 PLUS shipping costs.

I am trying to plan my triathlon training for next year. 2009 Age Group Nationals RR

by Gsal on August 28th, 2009
I raced this past weekend in Tuscaloosa, Alabama for 2009 Age-Group (another way of saying amateur) nationals. This was my last race of the season, so i knew that i had to give it my all. This was, after all, my "A" race. I went into the race with the thought that the top 18 from each 'age group' would qualify for team usa and the worlds race in budapest in 2010. Bad luck or not?

The other morning I was running at 5:30 in the pitch black and a black cat came out of nowhere and started running along side me then started to try and attack my leg. It scared the crap out of me at first but then it was just annoying. I may or may not have kicked it, on accident of course (please note the sarcasm in my tone). I had to speed up the pace so it wouldn't cross in front of me. I am training for my first half ironman Florida 70.3 in May 2010. http://www.craigstrispot.com http://craigstrispot.blogspot.com

So... I have asthma and have had asthma for a long time.... One of the best medicines available is a simple inhaler that has been around forever call that contains albeuterol. It is / was sold as a generic drug FOREVER until the .... Big Bad Gov't made all the albeuterol companies use a new CFC free chemical to propel the medicine out of the canister.
