Heart Rate Monitors
Garmin Forerunner 405
by Matt Russ on June 3rd, 2009
I was very excited when I first reviewed the design of the new Garmin Forerunner 405. I have been using it’s predecessor, the Forerunner 305, both personally and professionally to coach my athletes. The 305 gives coach and athlete an enormous amount of post-workout data to review, and the 405 promised to improve upon an already good piece of hardware.

FS: Brand New Suunto T4C HR Monitor
by rhane on January 29th, 2009
I am selling a brand new Suunto T4C HR monitor. The monitor was given to me as a replacement under the warranty program for a faulty T4C I was sold, but by the time I received it I had purchased a Polar Multisport HR Monitor.
I am asking $175 (includes shipping). PM me if you are interested, or would like to negotiate/haggle.
New HRM, Polar S625X
by hateloveschool on July 19th, 2008
Right now I have the Polar S120 and got the battery replaced recently. Sadly, they did not put the battery in right so that it leaked in water in the race today, which was very frustrating. So now I need a new HM. I'm looking at the Polar S625X, but I'm very much open to getting a different one.
I've pretty much set on using a Polar, but I was wondering what people thought of this HR.
