Racing to Push Limits?

by The X Runner on November 6th, 2009
Do you folks race to push your limits? Now, I can't imagine how many endurance triathlete's race for fitness (it's probably better to do shorter distances). But for all those who race to push their limits, ironman's seem great. But, AFTER AN IRONMAN, what next? Since we race to push our limits, it would seem logical to go onto harder challenges after the ironman.

Stem Length

by gilmore07 on August 4th, 2009
I have a Specialized Transition E5 Comp and need to get a new stem It currently has a 110mm on it, but it is clearly too long for me. My seat is pretty far forward and I still feel like I could get a better position in relation to being squared over my cockpit. I'm looking at either a 90mm or 100 mm...thoughts/suggestions?

Aero Opinion

by jwillia852 on August 2nd, 2009
I am looking to get some feedback from some of the experts on this site to get an idea of how close/far off I appear to be while in Aero. Although my original intention was to get a tri-related fit shortly after adding the clip ons, I deferred because I found the position quite comfortable and incredibly efficient. Jeff

Bike Transition

by rstern on June 15th, 2009
Hey everyone, I am trying to track down a decent video that goes through the steps of putting your feet into your shoes while they are clipped into your pedals. I have found some instructions, but I think it might be easier to actually see it done. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks! Ross

I used my Sunnto to track the workout and it shows the training story. The 3 red dots on the bottom is when the t6c was stopped and we transition from bike-run-bike-run.

My first ride in Perpignan

by Amish on June 3rd, 2009
Well, I know this will probably be a waste of a post, but I just needed to share this with the trifuel community. I went for my first ride in Perpignan today to make sure my bike was ok after so much travel (the bike box came out of the plane with a dent in it (oh shi--wait its ok). all is in working order, except for my brain. I am honestly blown away.
