I've been using Endurox R4 Recovery Drink after workouts for over a year now with good results. It definitely speeds recovery for me and provides a bit of a lift after a workout. For two workout days it's a must and a great insurance policy. The fruit punch tastes great. The only con is that the new formulation doesn't seem to mix as well as the old formulation so shake don't stir.
