This bike is easy to get up to speed and even easier to hold that speed. I picked up an easy 2mph coming off my Trek road bike. Not a whole lot of flex in the rear triangle so all your power goes straight to the rear wheel. I was hesitant about this bike before buying it, but after riding I haven't once regretted the decision. This bike is worth every penny you put into it. The only thing that would hold this bike back is the rider.
