Light, comfortable, and I didn't overheat wearing it.
Light and pretty quiet. Warm, but not bad at all. Fits like a glove.
A little trickier to get on and off than some others although the ear covers make big gains with regards to aerodynamics according to the gurus. It takes a bit of practise that's all. Cold morning race and this combined with neoprene gloves allowed me to race in just shorts and short sleeves.
Don't loop the buckle over the earflap like Normann:

Can't say that this is my favorite, although I didn't notice overheating with it. It definately took awhile to get on in transition, and I don't have a fat head. Liked the Spiuk and LG helmets better. If you have a wide head, I can't see how getting this on and off would work very good.
I like the look and feel of this helmet, but over time the plastic near the ear part starts to split from taking it off and putting it on, eventually ruining the helmet. GIRO needs to improve that part of the helmet.
