ISM seat line. The "Ideal Saddle Modification" was developed by Steve Toll out of Tampa Fl. Steve was another longtime cyclist that had recurring seat "issues" and decided to give a shot at finding a better solution. Through much trial and error, Steve hit on a shape that delivered the comfort and support he was looking for. During a meeting with John Cobb at a triathlon, Steve decided he would bring his designs and prototypes to our labs for development help. With information gained from our TekScan systems and further research which included seat evaluations at the famous European seat lab of Dr. Frank Sommers of the University of Cologne, the first in a series of ISM seats was developed.

I liked this seat at first but it is too wide in the nose-in my opinion, and I've heard others saying the same thing. I have been riding on this seat for two years and while it's been a trooper-it's time to move on for me.

I got the seat a month ago, but i have the ISM Adamo Racing saddle, it's more firm then a road one. I like it so far. Ones i got the fit right it took me about 20 miles to get used to it, and now it's as comfortable as it can get for someone riding 100 miles. It hard to call any saddle comfortable after 60 miles but this one definitely helps.

My first ride was around 20 miles. I was able to stay in the aero position longer and my "sack" area didn't feel sore or numb like my profile stryke. I can't say that it's real comfortable, but it's better than the previous. Hopefully, after a few more rides, my butt will get used to it.
