these are my race and OWS goggles
it offers superior vision both in the sea and swimming pool. The strap wraps comfortably around the head without giving any trouble. Due to negative pressure suction system, there is no need to over tighten the strap leaving no suction marks on the face
I got mine in the mail yesterday, took them in the pool today. what a difference! Its like I was swimming with blinders on before, in a sense I was, I guess. Anyhow, I love the goggles and am going to order another for open water.
The best goggles ever used. I buy them in packs of 6 and literally sell them at the pool as people complain about their goggles. The best part is not the lense or the fact that they have a good universal fit, it's the material that they are made of, very soft and flexible. I don't have to cinch these down nearly as tight as others. One of my top 5 tri accessories ever!
I used to use Aquasphere's Seal Mask but after loosing weight from training they leaked from my changing face. Since I like the Aquasphere's quality and fit I went with their Kaiman goggles in an amber tint lens. They fit without leaking and most of the time felt like you didn't have goggles on. You do have to fiddle with them to balance the pull on your eyes and face (It only takes a few seconds and once you start doing it for a while, its second nature) but once you do, you don't have to fiddle with them the entire swim be it the pool or open water! I have only used spit on the lens and they don't fog quickly and are easy to clean. I used mine for 12 weeks of training, my first oly tri and every swim both pool and ocean since and they still work like the first day.
Not the cheapest goggles but also not the most expensive ones but if they fit your face, the only ones you want to buy and use.
