Great device. It can be overkill, but its reliable and accurate. I used mine for ironman and it logged 14002 calories. The only drawback is the software does not work with Mac's. Booo

I have a s625x and a rs200sd. Basically, the s625x is packed with all sorts of softwares you can ever imagined. It can be used both for running and for cycling. However, in order for it to be used on the bike, sensors like cadence, speed and power putput can be purchased separately. Personally, i feel that s625x lacks user friendliness; too much info available on the computer. Moreover, scrolling from mode to mode is rather a hassle as there are way too many programs in it.

The advantages of owning one are: for the techies, an all-in-one supercomputer as there is no need to buy running computer and cycling computer separately, accurate sensor(s) connection
