Easy to pull on/off during race. I've had success both leaving them on the pedals and running thru transition with them
Cons:
Not that this is a real complaint, but it is a con of sorts: The gray color tends to become dirty pretty quick.
This is my first cycling shoe of any kind and I use it for both Triathlon and regular road riding (group rides, tours, etc) and I have found these to be the perfect shoe for me.
