These shoes are easy to get in and out of, but would be better if the velcro secured to the outside and not the inside. The velcro can come loose and flap against the crank.

You might try trimming the ends of the strap if it's rubbing your crank arms. Most tri shoes close this way for quick entry/exit. Hope it helps!

We tested these shimano shoes and I have to say that we really liked them.
