Pros:
Comfortable, easy to install/adjust, lightweight
Cons:
Clip-ons, nuff said

I have had these for a couple years now and I have no complaints. I still don't go as fast as I'd like on the bike, but that's my training's fault, not the equipment.

I paid $115 for these on eBay, and had them installed at a local shop initially. However, I removed them once to complete in a cycling race and was able to reinstall them myself with little difficulty.

Pros:
fit a variety of bike setups

overall a solid set of aerobars: i'm not rejoicing their merits, but I've not been disappointed in the least...very solid!
the stock handlebars that came with my bike neck down immediately adjacent to the stem so securing clip-on aerobars is difficult. by reversing the base attachment left to right (and vice versa) and by pushing the base attachments as close to the stem as possible, i was able to get a secure attachment. all in all, fairly comfortable and useful!
