note to self...do not store gu flask in front of shorts during race
when i jump of my bike and head out for the run. i grab my gu flask and go. once settled into my run, i drink the contents of said gu flask. well now i don't want to carry this thing for the whole race. certainly there are no pockets in tri shorts. well i'll just shove it down the front of my shorts and go. that's all well and good untill you are parusing thru the race photo's that are put online, for anyone to see, with your 14 year old son and discover you were running with what looked like great excitment about your race.
on the upside at least i didn't store it down the back of my shorts. might of looked worse
