I just wanted to let everyone know that the 4th Annual Darien Sport Shop ITPMAN Triathlon is coming up September 27 in Darien, CT.
This event - a 0.5 mile swim, 15 mile bike and 5 mile run - benefits the non-profit ITP Foundation (www.itpfoundation.org), which fights a bleeding disorder in children and youth.
It's a great course through a beautiful part of CT and 100% of net proceeds benefit the Foundation and its programs.
