HR doesn't increase

One time? wouldn't worry about it.
Consistently having problems with legs getting weary on the bike with low heart rate? I've had the same problem and had to do more muscular endurance work.

You could be overtraining if your heart rate is much lower than your usual bpm.
It happened to me last summer.
After a day off or two, you should be fine.

Thanks for the answer. I'm going to rest today and I'll check my HR during this week and I'll see the evolution and I post it. Thanks a lot ddwolpert :)

Hi all!
I have a question about hearth rate and muscular fatigue. I had just eaten and I went to train 1h 30min bycicle but it seems that I was by digestion. My legs were very tired but my heart rate doesn't increase more than 138. It's very strange... I always train over 150 but it was impossible to reach this top due to pain on the legs.
Thanks a lot.
