*Training was a bit light, especially in the run phase, because I got pneumonia in July.

- Litchfield Hills Triathlon (Post-Pneumonia Oly - My wife did the run): Swim: 25:09; Bike: 1:18:38; Run: 56:07 (2nd mixed team; 4th team overall)
- Fairfield Tri (Sprint): 1:20:24.9 (11th/54 AG; 54/450 Overall)
Next Up: Offseason running and a return to the Gym.
