Question about the Pros at Timberman 70.3

pros wear aero helmets all the time -- i think i saw a couple at timberman -- maybe I am mistaken. Anycase, aero helmets can definitely hold in more heat -- but i saw a lot of pros and others wearing them in hawaii. I use the Spiuk and it is fine even in the heat.

Yep. You are right they are wearing them. My wife didn't think more than one of them had an areo helmet on and we didn't get many pictures of them on their bikes.
She must not have noticed they were areo for some reason. Maybe they don't look as goofy on a Pro. :-)
Thanks. I was starting to question this whole areo helmet thing. Not that I'm fast enough to need one yet.
Is there a rule about aero helmets for pros? Because I don't think any of them had an aero helmet on this weekend.
So it makes me wonder. Do they decide on their race helmet by the temperature? Or do they just not choose to use Aero helmets?
