Just thought this would be a good site to share.

If the link doesn't work, go to Youtube and search Grant Hackett Swimming Technique.

Don't know who Grant Hackett is? Check him out at Wikipedia.

HA, I love it. Mr. Smooth is awesome. I've been trying to teach my girlfriend to swim for a while but I'm not much of a teacher. I think this will help a lot. Thanks for the link.

i love this site and think that they have good quality information - such that i am going to attend a video session followed by a stroke correction session (i am excited about this). i am lucky as i live in perth where they are based. if you click on the perth coaching link (little aussie flag) it will take you to teamcore which is also a triathlon training group. would love to do the one day course. mr smooth is excellent and i had no idea that it was so close to home.

I love Mr. Smooth ( I accidentally typed in www.mrsmooth.com thinking it would take me to the site but it's some guy teaching ballroom dancing.) I can't figure out how to pause it. Does the free mrsmooth pause? And I was wondering if anyone has purchased the DVD's, drill/workout book, or the pt paddles.

i have downloaded the console and mr smooth doesnt pause but you can adjust his stroke rate so you can study it at a very slow pace. i have now booked myself in for sept 10 for the video analysis with these guys and i can let you know what i think of the process etc. i am really looking forward to it but also hope i dont get too nervous and forget how to swim !

Hi guys,

Adam Young from Swim Smooth here. I'm really glad you're enjoying Mr Smooth and the free console!

Just to let you know, you definitely can pause it!

Just click in the middle of the dial here:

The great thing is that all the angles are perfectly synchronised, so once paused you can then move around the views and see that position from any angle!

Cheers, Adam

Think you are talking about George - Geochuck.
Ya, he was a big help.
I know he had a website that had workouts and tips etc (just can't find the link), I think it was something like 'swim downhill' now I will have to go google it.
