Taper Week

Your taper should be based on your training schedule. Without knowing the duration and intensity of your training how can one possibly determine what "taper" means to you?
I don't taper for sprint races at all. If you think about it, it's a sub-hour training session, since I train to go long I usually get back on my bike after a sprint and knock out another 3 hours or so.

I'm getting ready for a sprint tri this coming saturday and searching for a good taper week of training. Im looking for something with high intensity but with shorter duration. Anyone have any ideas to help put something together?
