Vitamins
Glucosamine/chondrotin also do at least 10 g of Glutamine a day.
If you are on a multivitamin there isn't much else then is there? But omega 3, 6, 9 if you can get it is pretty good stuff, you could try spirulina if you can find it.

I really like the Newchapter line of vitamins. I have a sensitive stomich and they are one of the few I can take. I never have stomich upset with them. I'm 50 years old and take the Everyman II multi in addition to fish oil.
Someone mentioned glutamine. Has anyone tried going on and off glutamin to see if it really makes a difference? Thanks.
This is a good one. http://www.hammernutrition.com/za/HNT?PAGE=PRODUCT&PROD.ID=4057 I wasn't sure if it was doing anything worthwhile until I ran out of it. Noticed a big diffrence in my joints.
I don't like taking too many supplements and vitamins, but i did find that fish oil does help me with stiff knees.
Also i do take Vitamin C occasionally after a hard workout or other times when i feel that my immune system is low.

FYI... Based on my nutrionist's advice (official nutrienist for FC Dallas) you don't need a multi unless you are totally eliminating something from your diet, but the fish oil does work really well for joints. With that being said you will probably het 10 different answers from 10 different nutrionist!

FOr the past 6 months or so I have been taking Fish Oil, A multi and Vitamin D. I am about out of my supply and I am wondering does anyone have any other suggestions as far as what to take for vitamins?
FYI I love Fish Oil. I had bad knees prior to taking fish oil and it has saved my knees tremendously.....
