So just a quick vent...
We had basically no snow in January and February, which in turn made for a pretty crappy ski season. Then I put away the skis to start training more and it snows at least once a week. It’s 65 when I am shut in an office with no window and then I have woke up to snow or freezing rain the past 4 weekends. See below, but I don’t think I will be doing my long ride today… so bored... It's the middle of April right?

I hear you loud and clear. I guess I'm not the only one the weather Gods have been conspiring against.
Hang tight, when the sun does come it'll feel nothing short of bliss. Then you can unleash the beast.

What doesn't kill you defines you.

Oh wow! As a non-snow-living-person I think it looks beautiful. But I can see how it would be frustrating to live in.

(And I won't mention that it is a beautiful 77 out today and a great day for a run and a bike ;) Actually, almost too warm for the dog on the run!)

Have to admit. It does look beautiful. I love to ski, but love warmer weather more hence the move to the south so I can have more time doing the things I love best, riding and running in shorts and T. 76 and sunny today.

i wish for snow like that
but we're getting a gorgeous weekend in the NW!
mid to hi 70's today and not a cloud to be seen
so nothing to complain about here! :)

I feel your pain (I'm in Colorado Springs). I was suppose to have my first race of the year (Air Force Academy Time Trial) followed by a long bike and run. Instead I had a 3hr 20min trainer ride in the garage followed by a 50 min run in rain and wind.

Eventually the sun will come out and all of the trainer time will be worth it.

Don't get me wrong... the CO is absolutely beautiful! I love it, have never and will never leave, but sometimes I just wish the weather was a little more predictable… Well it stopped snowing / raining around 6pm and it’s supposed to be 60 tomorrow! Looks like I have a sloppy run in store for me :)
