I've been a strong proponent of Ironman by Black Sabbath http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cwywugjy3BY because of the simple and catchy riff's. I also am terribly partial to OAR (of a revolution) Dareh Meyod http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uHo7uWL13_Q

Around the Christmas holliday i will run to Trans Siberian Orchestra christmas songs.
Enjoy

Anyone checked out iamtri.com and the music option for your pages, which is then plugged into their player? It only plays the most recent 20 added songs (boo) but every now and then you find a gem.

I will listen to anything but country and rap to keep me going. Luv 70's,80's and good old
rock and roll!

Fan of most of the same songs as Willia. Here are some other ones I listen to:
- Breakdown by Breaking Benjamin
- Lit Up by Buckcherry
- Down with the Sickness by Disturbed
- Sex on Fire by Kings of Leon
- Burn Burn and Last Train Home by LostProphets
- Hey Driver and Bossman by Lucky Boys Confusion
- Happy by Mudvayne (Right before a tough interval I put this on)
- Re-Education by Rise Against
- Let the Bodies Hit the Floor by Rob Zombie
- Breakdown by Tantric
- The Kill and From Yesterday by 30 Seconds to Mars

A bit of EBM/Aggrotech:

Get Your Body Beat - Combichrist
Violent Freaks - E Craft
Deathmachine - Funker Vogt
Colombian Necktie (Grit Your Teeth Mix) - Front Line Assembly
Roll It Up- The Crystal Method

Some hard rock:
This Moment - Disturbed
Kickstart My Heart - Motley Crue
Gear Jammer - George Thorogood
Reloaded - Rob Zombie

(I swear I cannot stay in zone with Violent Freaks during training)

cheers
S.

Tiesto has a weekly free podcast on iTunes that offers about an hour of nonstop great music to run/spin to. I highly recommend it.
