Gatorade Tiger
The reason why Gatorade Tiger is so good because it is made with tigers sweat. You drink that and no one can stop you. Ok, probably not, I have always just gatorade endurance and had great results. You will just have to experiment and see what you like the most.

Heed isnt too bad for electro replacement, but for sustenance i would stick with gatorade. Heed is made by hammer and has a really light flavor for people like me that think that most sports drinks are WAY too sweet, so you might want to check into that!
The Powerbar Endurance drink is very light (even at "full strength") & works for me. Plus it's about the cheapest stuff out there. I would think watering down your sports drink would take away some of the benefit, no?
The sweetness and the aftertaste usually bugs me so I would alternate sports drink and water. Then I tried mixing them and liked the results - I end up drinking the same amount of each and wouldnt be bothered by the weight of straight up gatorade.... maybe I am canceling the benefits out... Im not sure. Ill definitely try those others though!

I love nuun for electrolyte replacement. No calories, so I can get the electrolytes I need without trying to also match it to the cals for a race. Also a nice light flavor, and easy to get ready or carry extra: just a small tab about the size of a quarter and a couple quarters thick is enough for 2 small bottles.
I get Gatorade Tiger if it is on sale. It does have a bit more electrolyte's that regular Gatorade.
I can't seem to find Gatorade Endurance at the supermarket anymore.
I usually supplement with Thermolyte tabs(electrolytes) and wash them down with water if it is warm and I am sweating a lot.
Nothing to it, but to do it
Two of my more athletic buddies swear by Tiger and RAIN. I like them, but when trying to watch calories and craving a sports drink I opt for Powerade Zero. I just found it a couple of months ago, and its great. Not sure about the elctrolytes, etc., but it runs for abound $0.65 a bottle (the big ones) and zero calories.
Plus it tastes very very watered down, so its not sickeningly sweet like normal gatorade.

Has anyone tried Gatorade Tiger and if so, have you noticed a difference with the increase in electrolytes?
I thought it tasted pretty good, and although I wanted to try the gatorade endurance powder (to avoid the HFCS), I thought I would give Tiger a shot.
Any suggestions for a better electrolyte beverage? I tried Accelerade once and it seemed to have some viscosity which I did not like. It could have been a one time thing and would be willing to try it again.... to note: I like my sport drinks very watered down (I split one 16oz tiger bottle into two bike bottles, and fill the remainder with water)
Thanks!
