the weather, well really nice until it started raining and the temp was 48-50. but the swim and bike were beautiful.
hopefully the report will be done by thursday (lots of work to catch up on after taking Ironman week off)

You look like the end of the original Rocky! Gimme a few years and I'll look like I got hit by a bus too. ;-) Can't wait for the report.









My race report will follow in a few days but for right now I wanted to share this picture with everyone. This is what it looks like 6 steps before you collapse into hypothermia and get carried to the medical tent with a body temp of 94 degrees.
Needless to say.....I had a long day
