I'll be volunteering run aid station 4 from 4-10PM (ish), and staying at KOA. i'll be swimming the course saturday, and possibly a 50 bike the same day. running sometime sunday. good luck all participants/volunteers.

LP will be my first ironman event. Heading up Wednesday. #126...just look for the guy coming in around the 15th hour.

According to the Events Log there are 8 Trifuelers going to Lake Placid this weekend. Sound off ! Who are you and as soon as they post numbers let us know...The wife and I will be there to Volunteer at the Boat House aid station (The last one before the finish) from about 4 to Midnight.
