Salt Tablets
Baggie in the bento box or jersey. Just bought the salt stick, but have not put it on yet..
I use the plastic case that nuun comes in, it is waterproof too, so if you dont use a bento box it's easy to carry. I hear tic tac case also works good, if its a half IM.

I bought a couple of candy dispensers that had mini m&m's at walmart and use that. It has a flip top so you can open and close it easily and when running it fits nicely in the palm of my hand.
It's similar to the pill dispenser that fuel belt sells. Of course, the holders with candy at walmart were much cheaper than the ones sold by fuel belt.

I forgot to mention that I also use mini ziploc baggies.

For endurolytes a coin purse (one of the flat oval ones with a slit in the top) works well for me.

YOu need to drink a lot of water.. Like you do when you eat a gel.
Those black things that film use to come in, I've seen people use too.
For longer bike rides, I use duct tape on my stem and it works out great. You wrap it around the stem and attach it to itself so that the adhesive side is up. Then, stick the Thermolytes all around the tape. They stay on just fine, come off just fine, and you can hold a ton of them. If I don't have them in front of my face like that, I tend to forget to take them.
+1 on the flip top pill/m&m dispenser. it comes with the endurolytes when u order them.
and yes chase with water
I have done the mini snack size ziploc and the flipy dispenser you get with the endurolytes. Think I like the ziploc actually. They tend to not giggle and make noise when you run(drives me crazy) that way and dont break up as easily. If you have a bento box you can simply put them in there and leave the baggie open.

They will evaporate when you sweat onto the duck tape.. Also, in your jersey if not contained.

Tend to forget to take them..... This will hurt in a race. Practice with time while you train and you will not forget them. Race day you are the rocket and not the scientist.
I use a coin "football" or a very small zip lock bag that holds a about 10 Succeed! S-Caps.
If memory serves, beads uses a tic-tac dispenser...

I use the salt stick on my bike but it only can hold 7-8 capsules of thermolyte which is a limiter on a long course.
I like to use a Tic Tac container for long runs.
