You really should include a link to the actual story when you post on here. Your stories are interesting, but if anyone comes on here, all they can find is the link to your page, which changes every time you write a new story, I'm assuming. For those who are interested, here's a link.

You may know long-time track coach Lanny Carter. You may not. But I think you'll come to like the guy after reading this story of a 56-year-old running record, someone finding a second home on the track, and the passing of the torch to a great young athlete. Here it is:
