January and February were a bit off with moving and such. At least its better than last Jan & Feb!
Socket, you might want to work on increasing your weightlifting pace. You're not covering nearly enough distance in the weight room
I'm doing my best, at least I'm keeping up with tsilcyc.
Swim: 68.70 miles in 34:21:13 hh:mm:ss
Bike: 1598.98 miles in 91:51:39 hh:mm:ss
Run: 240.00 miles in 33:03:29 hh:mm:ss
Weights: 0 miles in 11:30:00 hh:mm:ss
Reading your blog puts your numbers in perspective: These are sub-10 IM numbers. Sweet. Now I don't feel like I have to quite my job to get my numbers up for a 13hr IM finish.
I wish, but unfortunately it is not. Maybe next year.

I did not track mileage or time for my off-season this year.
Followed a good off-season training plan - but just wanted to be free of recording every aspect. Kind of liberating.
3 weeks ago I started my IM training - and of course recording everything.
So for the last 3 weeks my totals are:
Swim: 20,950yds (Mostly drills)
Bike: 352.25 (All trainer)
Run: 82.09 (Lots of strides and LR pace - tho as a part of the O/S work I ran a HM and bested my old PR by over 11 minutes)

Since January 12...
Swim: 26:25; 91950 yards
Bike: 33:10; mostly indoors but incl. 96 road miles
Run: 25:17; incl. indoor track (time-based runs) but also 157.5 road miles

Skewed towards swimming because of re-starting running in November after 9 months off and a broken foot (motorcycle-related) and a "long" run in late November of 27 minutes. Now that my various limbs are back to normal and the weather and daylight are better, I'll push the biking (especially) and running a bit more.
I feel compelled to add my stuff up now....
Looking at everyone's posts, I now know why I feel under prepared for the bike. Bike is my lowest number of hours of the 3.
I'm only doing olympic/international distance as my longest races of this year, so I should be ok.
This post sure wakes me up to what I need to do if I plan to do Half iron next year.
I'll get my numbers up later.

3 Months down. I know many of you have been stuck on trainers and treadmills, but let's see the logs. Whatever data you've got. Sort of a "quarterly earnings statement," if you will :P
Anyways, I'll begin.
Swim:
(pool closed 1 month ago)
Bike:
Run:
Other:
Grand total of 100 hours, 35 minutes
I was hoping for 1000 miles of riding. Guess I need to step it up a bit for the spring :)
