Don't think, just do.
My Blog
Yeah, it's a good tool. I used it a lot when first paying attention to nutrition to get a better idea in my head of what foods were in terms of fats and calories. I don't use it as much now, but occasionally.

I tried that site with a goal to track what I eat when "October Challenge" thread started. Recently I went back to it because I looked at a nutritional plan based on 60% protein, 20% carbs, and 20% fat for 30 days. I guess the idea is to get your body to start using fat as energy instead of carbs. Obviously when I'm doing long endurance workouts in the summer, I need more carbs, so this wouldn't work well. Now that my rides and runs combine for 2-3 hours a week, and most of my training is weights, I figured I'd try it.
It's impossible to only have 20% carbs. I still need to get the info to record a bunch of stuff from yesterday, but of the 1500 calories that I did record, I had 6 cans of tuna, and still hit 41% carbs.
I like it mostly because it gives you a good idea of the amount of calories in the foods you eat. I am more concerned about eating enough with all of the activity I do.
I like to use Sparkpeople.com.

"No Pain, No Gain!" ;)
Yep this is a good one. I like how it breaks down everything in the pie chart for carbs, protein and fat. Training Peaks has something similar (but this is free!) :)

Found a cool site.
