The third annual Tri for Joe is a multisport charity event established in honor of our son Joe to benefit the Down Syndrome Association of Greater Cincinnati (DSAGC).
Tri for Joe consists of a the following events:
Sprint Triathlon: 700m pool swim, 30K bike, 5K run
Duathlon: 5K run, 30K bike, 5K run
5K run/walk
Kids fun run (8 and under)
